We understand that Christmas is a busy time of year so we have extended our returns policy. Orders placed between 23rd September and 24th December 2026 may be returned up until the 17th of January 2027.
Simply complete the online order return form then choose your preferred prepaid return option, a return shipping fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund. You can either drop off your return at a Royal Mail drop-off point using a QR code or schedule a collection from your home address. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return; please complete the Return Form included in your original package and enclose it with your return.
Please retain your Proof of Postage until we have processed your refund.
Please note, personalised products are excluded from our refund policy. Additionally, if you have purchased a bundle, all products from the bundle must be returned together to receive a refund.
