THERE IS A HOLE IN MY BRUSH, WHAT IS THIS FOR?

We can confirm that there will be a hole in the paddle brush and oval dressing brush which may look as though a bristle is missing. This is a design feature to allow for air to escape from the pad and is not a fault.
