Exclusions to the warranty include:
- Accidental damage including to the plug or wire will not be covered.
- We're unable to cover any issues arising from incorrect usage or storage.
- If any repairs have been attempted by a third party the warranty will be void.
- We also can't honour the warranty if your product was bought from an unauthorised distributor; in that case, your rights would be with the seller.
